What is your ultimate dream job?

I would love to be a Sports Broadcast Journalist on ESPN!


Do you have a favorite quote or mantra?

“The only disability in life is a bad attitude”


What is your absolute favorite food?

CRABLEGS!!


What makes you laugh?

I am always laughing at myself! Laughter is infectious and is good for the soul!


What do you enjoy learning about in school?

I love learning about chemistry! I think it’s so cool to know how things work!


If you could go back in time, where would you travel to?

I’d love to be alive in the 80’s. Best music ever!


Do you have a role model?

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. I think she’s so classy and handled every situation with grace, whether good or bad.


What is one of the most difficult decisions you’ve ever made?

This  upcoming year, I’ve decided to not do show choir. For the past 3 years  of my life, show choir has helped me become who I am and has made me so  comfortable on stage. I’m not doing it this year to focus on my  academics and this pageant. I’m so thankful for everything show choir  has taught me and the lessons I’ve learned from and through it.


If you were stranded on an island and could only bring three things, what would you bring and why?

Assuming that I have the bare necessities, I would bring an Eno, my bible, and a cell phone to contact my family


Who is your favorite teacher of all time?

I  have 2! Mrs. Tatum, my 7th grade science teacher was so kind and  welcoming to me when I first came to Prep. She has so much wisdom and I  respect her tremendously. My other favorite is Coach Thompson, my 9th  grade history teacher. He can make anyone laugh even on their worst days  and always would keep the class up to date on political and current  events!


What would you like to learn in school?

I  hope I can gain skills that I will use for the rest of my life. For  instance, money management, eloquent writing skills, and time  management.


Would you choose a different name for yourself if you could?

I’ve always been Tori (or Toto, or Totobear, or Toe, or Tor). I can’t imagine ever having any other name!


Would you like being famous?

I  would love to be famous. I know that when you’re famous, people listen  to you. I would use my voice to make a positive difference in the world.


What’s your favorite song?

“Break My Stride” by Matthew Wilder


If you could only watch one movie for the rest of your life, what would you watch?

Either Forrest Gump or Frozen. Those 2 never get old!


What characteristics make a good leader?

I believe a good leader first should be a good listener. I think that a leader should be humble, courageous, and kind.


What makes a good friend?

A good friend is honest, trustworthy, loyal, kind, and encouraging. I’m  lucky to have a few people in my life that are all of those qualities  and more! I hope I am that kind of friend to them as well!


What is one food you will never eat?

-Having recently visited China, I saw some very exotic foods. One of them was scorpion and another was snake. I’ll pass!


What’s something nobody would guess about you?

Not many people know that I love to fish! My grandparents have a pond in their backyard and I used to spend hours catching fish and throwing them back.


If you were an animal, what would you be and why?

I would be a bird so I could fly to wherever I wished to go and to be able to see the world from a different point of view.


What are some things on your bucket list?

Skydiving, going to Australia, being Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen....


Are you a morning or a night person?

Most definitely a night person. Just 5 more minutes!


What is your biggest pet peeve?

Incorrect grammar! My brother always stressed the importance of being grammatically correct and it rubbed off on me.


If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

Happy, caring, and loyal


If you could speak another language fluently, which one would you speak?

Chinese. It’s useful in the business world.


How would you describe your personal style?

Classy but cool!


Do people consider you to be talkative or quiet?

I’m quite the talker, but quiet when I need to be.
